Rosa Anna Di Lella is a cultural anthropologist and demographic, ethnological, and anthropological heritage officer at MUCIV – Museo delle Civiltà in Rome, where she focuses on education, cultural mediation, and collection management.

Specializing in museum studies, she is the curator of the collections of the former Colonial Museum of Rome and coordinates the Educational Services at MUCIV. In her work, she bridges anthropological approaches with participatory practices, fostering critical reflection on sensitive and contested heritage. She promotes the involvement of diverse audiences through projects centered on mediation, education, and storytelling.

Furthermore, she collaborates on the curation of initiatives and new exhibition layouts, such as the Museo delle Opacità (Museum of Opacities) project, contributing to redefining how museums interpret and present colonial history and its legacies.
