Following the artist’s work with a simple gesture allows us an immediate entrance into size of the work. It becomes simple and possible to interpret and understand, shortening distances. We approach the wooden works of Runggaldier and carefully observe how it was the material, its color, the thin and elongated shape of the bodies are worked. Let’s talk about strength spiritual of the sculptures, the faces, the color of the blood, the thin opaque glass panels that you arrange between the figures. Here, too, we choose a particular work to reproduce for watercolor and in the meantime we open a comparison between all of the suggestions. We choose a work from all of them and try to reproduce it by manipulating a small block by das. Heat the material with your hands, work it, knead it, spread it, crushing it brings the child closer to the artist’s work, approaching the courtly meaning the practical and objective dimension.
