The Mart’s education and cultural mediation Area is constantly engaged in the implementation of projects that guarantee accessibility to the most vulnerable people.
In addition to a more traditional mission of preserving and transmitting cultural heritage, the museum needs to be a welcoming environment with an increasingly important role in social growth, i.e. the development and support of places of aggregation and participation that respect the differences, inclusion and enhancement of individuals.
The Mart’s education and cultural mediation Area is constantly engaged in the implementation of projects that guarantee accessibility to the most vulnerable people by placing the needs of the person to the core of the projects’ design, in the belief that everyone has the right to discover and rediscover art and the delight for it.
In this video we present some of these projects: Mart LIS (Italian Sign Language), a guide to the Collection with AAC, Tactile tour Mart Museo Inclusivo.
