The body, its shape, its materiality, is the ‘way’ to explore the soul, its feeling and its stratiform depth. When the body becomes an image, it already allows the category of the visible to be approached and superimposed on that of the invisible. And when the body is feminine it becomes the archetype of feeling and changing: of that ‘natural’ state of restlessness that accompanies the existence of each and that makes each one different from another.
The word is sound and visual matter that is generated from exploration and from the encounter with an image, with a body, with a body made image. Words can make even very deep and unspeakable feelings more understandable and communicable. The word, when it breaks with the daily lexicon, can be alienating, and become the vehicle of a state of the art that is action, poetry, therapy, transformation, joie de vivre.
