Art as a sanctuary

Can art offer sanctuary when we feel the need to escape, or when our vulnerabilities become more intense? This workshop invites reflection on the concept of refuge as a mental and emotional space. Through the gentle sharing of personal experiences, a journey of listening, storytelling, and creation will take shape. Imagination will become the tool to bring new visions to life and to inhabit, alongside the group, uncharted territories. It will be a poetic and profound experience to connect with oneself and others, rediscovering in art a dimension that is both intimate and, at the same time, open to the world.
