The talk will make people reflect on the concepts of welcoming within and outside of Museums. The goal here is to introduce the main study lines of how museums have reached out and welcomed inside their public, from the Ronchey law onwards and passing by how and why Accogliere Ad Arte was born. The participants will play an important part in this action, which links itself to the ability to define the identity of a museum and to recommend visits by choosing the right key words.
