Can art offer sanctuary when we feel the need to escape, or when our vulnerabilities become more intense? This workshop invites reflection on the concept of refuge as a mental and emotional space. Through the gentle sharing of personal experiences, a journey of listening, storytelling, and creation will take shape. Imagination will become the tool to bring new visions to life and to inhabit, alongside the group, uncharted territories.
