Alessio Bertini is the Head of Educational Activities, Accessibility, and Special Projects at Fondazione Pistoia Musei.
From 2007 to 2014, he managed the educational programming for the Strozzina Centre for Contemporary Culture, overseeing the planning and design of activities tailored to children, youth, and adults. During the same period (2008–2014), he also curated all lecture series, conferences, and artist talks for the institution. From 2014 to 2021, he was in charge of the educational programs at Fondazione Palazzo Strozzi. He has collaborated as a lecturer, trainer, and specialist in museum and educational practices with various universities, academies, and postgraduate centers, as well as institutions such as the Luigi Pecci Centre for Contemporary Art. He currently serves as a Professor of Phenomenology of Contemporary Art at IED (Istituto Europeo di Design) Florence.
